Dr. Desaloms' Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie(?) Locke, came in this morning and said that Bryan can go home tomorrow! They're going to take out his central line from his neck today, he'll shower, and maybe shave. You know how much better that will make him feel? He's off of all IV drugs, taking one Hydrocoedine every four hours, steroids, and anti-seizure meds for another week.
He is a STAR patient; her words, not mine.
My mom's shopping to rent a recliner today to be delivered by tonight or tomorrow morning, but Greg Bobo said he might know where he can borrow one for us. Thanks Greg!
We're looking forward to visiting with everyone. If you'd like to come see him today at the hospital, feel free to swing by. We're on Walnut Hill between Central Expressway & Greenville Avenue. Hamon Tower, Room 306.
Thanks for the prayers. We have thanked God often for answering all of your prayers. We still feel them.
Things are looking up!

ReplyDeleteBryan,
ReplyDeleteJust found out about this. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am sending out a message to our prayer band so know that many fellow believers will be holding you up in prayer in Phoenix. You and Gayla must be extra special because we know God promises not to ever give us more than we can handle. I will be checking your blog every day. I love you, my friend! Bonnie (Brush)
