SURGERY IS DONE! And it was completed in three hours rather than five.
Dr. Desaloms said that Bryan is doing great. The tumor was larger than expected, but he got all of it and the margins are clean. It is a Grade 2 Glioma and it looks benign. The will run pathology on it and the full report will be back in about 10 days. The tumor was active with a lot of vessels so it had a large blood supply. He will be in ICU for two days.
The doctor is extremely pleased with the success of the surgery and we will take one step at a time. He said Bryan did great through the surgery, no complications at all.
Bryan's family is here along with my family and some friends (Shawn, Greg, Petty, Cy, Bruce, Toni, & Heather).
THANK YOU LORD!
Thankful and STILL prayerful,
Gayla
